Salary is decent but career growth is very slow.. specially Sup gread are facing too much problems. There is no career here each and every employee of lower gread are mentally torched by management. Management policies are not good.

Location is so much outside, no work life balance and getting leaves on time is very difficult, worst culture, nobody thinks about employees and their problems. Food is worst in canteen.

Learning comes with the time you spend on the field with workers and field engineers. I f you are interested in the field then the job comes with immense satisfaction as you have a chance to see practical application of things you learn in college.

...azardous nature. Post resignation, company policies are not employee friendly. Pay scale is less.

Specific Solar sector is facing issue because of some internal management., So called selfishness, egotism, deprived from opportunity due to being insecure.
