Learning point of view company is very good. Lots of instruments here to learn and utilise this experiace to anywhere. I like to operate different instruments of Lab.

Salary is decent but career growth is very slow.. specially Sup gread are facing too much problems. There is no career here each and every employee of lower gread are mentally torched by management. Management policies are not good.

Adani Group is having a value which they maintain and timely salary credit and appraisal as well.

Specific Solar sector is facing issue because of some internal management., So called selfishness, egotism, deprived from opportunity due to being insecure.

Accomodation near to plant, which reduce travel After work.

Dislikes

Only work , no week off, no compensation on Week off duty, No respect, Poor Quality, Safety show-off. No control on Local Manpower, Local drivers and Villegers violating plant inside traffic rule.

Good Work Environment, In this Covid pandamic situation provided leaves by company, alternet duty, advance salary and several facilities provided by Company.

Dislikes

HR, Administration not Cooperatives (in APJL,Godda Only) & Managers working plan should be more professional way.

...ure is not good. Zero planning work place. Partiallity with employees is seen. Great difference between salary of employees at same level, junior & senior also. No trust, no transparency . Useless policies made by someone to save his own job.
