Culture is terrible. No welfare. If you are Core operations person then no value here. Terrible Food. Conservative mind senior. No time for Take lunch and dinner. Too much work load. Working like labor.

Although company is employee oriented but due to internal politics workholic employees didn't get good chance to grow and job security is nil and less chance of growth.

Career growth is low not good salary packages. And job security is nil.

The company is really adopted latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that market reliable, high quality products and has a global clients base.

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. manager do not value an individual unique strength.

We don't have option when we got transferred to head office

... company. We can't get the correct increment.. increment is on percentage mode.. if one have with 3 lakhs package if he given very high efforts will get low amount for that period of work than the person who doesn't work whole year with 7 lakhs package.. although both doing same work scope

You can learn new things over here , job satisfaction is there, salary and other benefits on time. Job rotation is there so you won't get bored, keep moving, keep exploring

Promotion gets delayed if you don't have upper hand.
