Culture is terrible. No welfare. If you are Core operations person then no value here. Terrible Food. Conservative mind senior. No time for Take lunch and dinner. Too much work load. Working like labor.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. The company does not provide food or accommodation. Leave system is so bad...

Although company is employee oriented but due to internal politics workholic employees didn't get good chance to grow and job security is nil and less chance of growth.

... company. We can't get the correct increment.. increment is on percentage mode.. if one have with 3 lakhs package if he given very high efforts will get low amount for that period of work than the person who doesn't work whole year with 7 lakhs package.. although both doing same work scope
