We don't have option when we got transferred to head office

... company. We can't get the correct increment.. increment is on percentage mode.. if one have with 3 lakhs package if he given very high efforts will get low amount for that period of work than the person who doesn't work whole year with 7 lakhs package.. although both doing same work scope

Dislikes

...variable pay is dedicated from ctc which may be reimbursed on performance basis. Indirectly it is heavy loss as employee loses their current year's salary and next year's increment. 12 hours shift schedule. Doesn't follow any labor act for example 48 hours / week. Here it becomes 60 hours / week. Gratuity is still paid after 5 years whereas the rules are updated. No standardization in plant. Very poor spares management. Management does not care about employee's feedback. 80 to 85% dependent on vendors. Appropriate tools and tackles are unavailable for lifting and shifting of heavy actuators. Design of tanks are worst. There are lines fouling with the stairs, there's not even safe space to work on large on/off valves. Internal transportation is insufficient. Unsafe work and their workmanship is appreciated and to take care of safety concerns is considered as poor performance. Atmosphere is heavily dust full and extremely hazardous. RIO Panels and utilities like air nitrogen and chiller are not well maintained which increases breakdown jobs.
