Certain locations are not at all good for work life balance, culture is very poor, Management is not at all bother about putting right culture. many employee are from Lala kind of companies and they are very micro managers, unethical and unorganised. Nothing to dislike here. I want career growth and increased salary. This can be achieved by changing company. As most companies, growth and increament is not substantial in same company, it is also true for Adani also.
