If someone get the offer/oportunity for the Khavda location i personally suggest don't take. You'll regret after seeing the ground reality. Actual location if far away from the khavda and it is near to Pakistan borders. Accomodation and food facility is also pathetic. So ones visit the site before joine. Also they are following 9 working hours/week which is also not as per the compliance. Hygiene is a myth here. You have to eat with the flies. Dinner is so worst that you can not consume as a humans.

No Work life balance at site level, Salary disparity, PMS system not strengthen at site level, Office Politics. Not so inspiring leadership at site level.

There are too many dislike such ground management is very poor, Salary give high but with variable. No any working atmosphere in office at site. Transport facility is very poor. And other too many problems and issues at site.

Initial Salary is decent but career growth is very slow as increments are in range of 6-8% only..! Management hierarchy is also long. Proper Induction is not provided and there is always scarcity of staff as compared to work load plus 6 days working is major setback..:-(
