...ion cycle is slow. Only one day week off for rotational shift working employees. Not good benefit for rotational shift employees such only one off per week, not compensation at holidays like festivals.

Working at adani Electricity we hope it will be great opportunity as a fresher but after completing trainning period growth of the job is limited also salary growth and work life balance is very poor. Even ola driver is good work life balance.

Adani Electricity mumbai limited it is an public sector/service sector, in this sector/utility more intraction with consumer that is the best & team work is must in this sector without team work can't work safely
