Senior people guide us for development of our skill.

Dislikes

How much you work hard but you can't get increment as per your expecting.No reward and recognition for good work. If any mistake done by you then might be lost your job or suspended. Too much politics among the employees.management always blame employees. Even if you may work on holiday or 12 hours a day. Too much work load.
