1.Employees are pushed to their limits, rewarded with minimal compensation. 2.Management Frequently Initiates projects without adequate planning, Often Bringing resources whose experience is poorly aligned with work requirements. 3. Which Turns an already complex process in to a Highly Stressful one. 4.The 24/7 support expected from management, in which the project i worked, use to work minimum 15 hours per day. 5. Personal Time is Nearly Non Existent. 6. Except Last Weekend Mandatorily need to support on Saturday and Sunday or else the warning letter will be issued from HR. THESE ARE THE PROBLEMS EVERYONE FACING IN THE FSR PROJECT. many more points to addon here, i don't want to share any other here. think wisely before joining in Adamsbridge, if your assigned in FSR project don't hesitate to abscond.

Friendly environment & I've learned a lot from this organization.

Dislikes

I'm working here from 2020 to present & I've experienced totally 6+ years, but my salary is very less for my experience & promotion also not in my level. Otherwise I'm happy to working here.

Nothing to like, lot of politics and literally a Sweat shop culture.

Dislikes

..., leaves and promotion, etc,. Not a good place to work, especially for females. Mandatory Saturday work with meager pay.

I like the company culture and the people around as are good heart's. As a fresher i learn some new thinks and gain more experience .and I am looking forward to work in this company in future.

Dislikes

The working hours will be extra 30 mins so it cause more work in the ending hours and also went to home very late. That the only reason I am dislike this company but overall it's is good well growth company.

I really Appreciate that supportive and collaborative work culture at this company everything always willing to help each other out there’s strong sense of teamwork it makes problems solving easier and foster.
