...ties. They are running a vague culture and the attrition rate is very high here. They deduct the employees' salary without showing any proper reason.

Salary is the only thing that is comparatively better

Dislikes

Everything else is bad. The Management is mindless and they are running the University as an experiment. The Chancellor is a Conman masquerading as an academician. No clear HR policies, No non teaching staff support. Almost 80% of University is run by teaching staff. No sufficient manpower in different institutes running in there

I don't like about working at Adamas University. I have a terrible experience about it.

Dislikes

Here is no good work culture, no job security, no career growth, no salary timely. I don't got last 2 months salary, and I have to forced resign from my job without showing any reason.

It used to be a good institution in the past. Department colleagues and students were the only plus point

Dislikes

The Management is terrible! The upper management is filled with sycophants. The faculty members are mistreated and insulted on a regular basis. Quality is greatly compromised. The last place anyone should work in. This is from my experience of 6.7 years.

The huge campus with its verdant greenery and wide open spaces.

Dislikes

Work culture. The top management is indecisive about everything and places the burden of decision-making on the junior management and then makes a scapegoat of them when things go out of control.
