...n company. Policies related to employee appraisals, promotions are non existent. Average pay if you are not management favourite. Locals are given a lot of out of the books favours which a non local cannot expect. Non sales functions do not get proper appraisals. Work from home exists only on paper.

The company is a good innovation and adopts a latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that the markets reliable, high-quality products anda global client base, i like the employee re hire policy here its good appointment to the employee, and good quality products the Adama is a great company thank you sir

Firstly I want to talk about product quality is fabulous. Recently I was an part of adama family. I didn't have that much of salary, I hope in future Adama will satisfy with salary also

I don't have that much regrets, I don't satisfy with salary compensation and daily allowances. I hope in future, I will satisfy

If you perform, compensation is good with good bonus and increment. Food is free of cost Transportation is free of cost but it is substandard. Also it has been made free of cost because it is located 50kms from city. Few of the employees are genuine and will help you. Gym is in the office with a very good trainer.

HR department is one of the most hopeless departments in the company. If a point is written on your service agreement or any other official paper, they will say it is not valid at the time of leaving or at crucial times. It only tortures middle and junior management. Whatever the sales head, the CEO, the CFO says, the HR will tip toe that having no say for the employees. I dont understand why HR department exists in the company. Also before joining, i would ask all candidates to beware as the CEO & Sales Head of North were removed within a week since they were not gelling well with the Sales Director & Chairman. Job security is below zero as politics is very deep rooted. Most of the employees have joined from an agchem company and they try to influence that culture only in the company. Only one way of selling, dump material and collect money after 6 months, thereby killing employees at front level. Finance department tries to do job of every department but doesnot do its own.

Please if you are fresher with Mechanical engineering or Electrical engineering or any background except for chemical engineering and looking for job in Adama please don't come otherwise you life will be trash here. Many problems will you phase like discrimination for other states, here nepotism at the peak, No any types of guidelines for Freshers students my personal experience just time westing all I just come in morning without learning anything westing all time of 8 hours or doing work like fitter/ Electrician who pass in ITI or diploma. There is no learning point here is just all matter of time westing.
