I joined the ORM Team as a fresher and I was amazed by the level of professionalism and the work atmosphere. The staff made me feel comfortable and guided me throughout and I must appreciate the HR Department as well. As an employee, I was given the opportunity to learn and develop my skills. My experience at Adaired Digital Media was very nice. This is the best organization if you want to begin your career.

Positivity is in the air here so no problems till now. I 'm glad to have join this company.

HR Divya she is sick do ladies like stuff (sychopants ) on floor. She beat her self when nobody listen her .HIGH ALERT❌Very egoistic, senseless ,misbehave on peak ,partiality on peak she is worst in nature .Sick lady wont recommend to anyone ❌❌over actor ,do drammaa all time

I must say. It's the worst company in the whole Tricity . The Sr. Hr is not proffesional at all. Guys i recommend to everyone it is best to work as a daily wager somewhere but not in this company . I do have approx 8+ years of experience & i have chnaged almost 5 companies till date but never seen such a unproffesional company like this. This company diidn't deserve a 1 star rating & HR deserves a minus rating . Very Very bad experience.

I believe one of the best things about this company is that if you give 100% you receive 100% . Your efforts and hardwork is acknowledged, appreciated and rewarded.

Every work culture has its pros and cons, no company is perfect, same implies to Adaired. But, company is in its growing stage so all the cons are part of this growth and they would be resolved sooner or later. So, in a nutshell, nothing to dislike about working here.
