Retention offer
Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too

I love the fact that member of a maths department in that college. Don't had a any work tensions or pressures. That place is very peaceful environment. Every Neighbors are such a good persons. They will help to others always and also friendly manner.

Dislikes

...rease to year by year. Because much more colleges are newly opened in Neighbors. So employee salary rate is poor also no salary increment in every year. In maths department, don't had a post graduate course that's the major dislike of my view for the college. Working time is too long. Saturday also working day in most of the months.
