One man show No policy in place. All decision made by one person. All people are not working.

Dislikes

High Partiality in salary. One person get 10000 as bonus. Other guys 100000 as bonus. . both having same and similar experience . Zero policy. Only dance program people get better perks.

Good Management. Excellent organisation to work with. Inter department colleagues are very friendly and helpful. The succes mantra of Adage is "We Work HARD, we Play HARDER." Which is true by every sense. Lots of Scope for hardworking people as it gets recognised and appreciated. Have served 7 years in the organisation and i must Thank each and everyone specially the Management for my overall career growth.

Help me with in hand salary
Hi All, I'm so much confused in calculating my in hand salary by excluding the variable pay. Anyhow variable pay will have 30% tax directly on it. So by excluding If I calculate my monthly inhand using old and as well as new regime of 2025. I don't know which one to choose and which is best for me. Currently 80C is 1.5lakhs and 80D is 50k and Rent paid was around 75k help me to calculate in hand as per the above assumptions
