Salary Expectations
I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

AD Square India Projects Pvt ltd was a growing construction organisation in pune , the organisation is partnership firm. The work culture is this organisation is good, they treat everyone in their organisation is well, they didn't show their arrogance to their employees.

When I worked with AD Square Projects India Pvt Ltd, I had a some unpleasant experience with them. First thing I hate that firm is they didn't paid their employees on time, they don't have any ethics and standards towards their work. We cannot learn anything new with them.
