Very unorganised company Irregularities of salary dates even sometimes need to followup with a/c team for salary Bonus, PF(even employer share), gratuity everything is included in salary so in hand salary is very less No ESI, No health scheme but amount will be deducted from salary No incentive for spare sale, AMC collection or for installation but every month they'll follow up for revenue Every week one have to visit other states for service but traveling policies are very poor

I strongly advise job seekers to steer clear of this company. The working conditions are terrible,with worst sanitation and faculties the company only offers basic salary a diwali bonus which is worst in the industry. The management also terrible, with the no consideration for their employees i had worst experience with this company with no salary on time and FNF even after completing notice the notice period there polices are against employees and they mentally harass them the culture is very bad and they offer employment Aczet Private Limited but appoint a third party payroll, which is fraudulent. The HR staff and management are the worst I have encountered. Please avoid this company at all costs.

I provided proper notice period with the handover. Even after providing notice period properly they were not provided my deducted salary amount which is deducted as per the security deposit. They were not ready to give my 8000 rs security deposit even after handover. Upper authority treat employees as a garbage. They don't even have neat software to process. Upper authority make you feel every time you are dump person. Request you guys try to not join this company.

There are various disikes:- 1) your salary shall not be ontime 2) your job security shall not be there 3) poor product quality and due to which u wil not be able to sell the products 4) the management thinks highly of himself being just a commerce graduate 5)there a problem with only 1 MD rest two Md are superb 6) when you join the department just put your own mind why the whole department is empty why there is no one working here 7)you shall be under constant mental pressure not for sales just for all the bulshit 8) here your designation your qualifications nothing shall be given any value you will always be de graded 9) worst worst working culture 10) incentives are also always manipulated 11) the director abuses personally and before you join here think twice I suggest personally i have been working here because of my family responsibilities but now im going to switch so im giving my genuine feedback to you , being an employee sharing my experience with you be wise before joining this company and i would say this is not a company this is a karkhana hope you understand karkhana word.
