It is a good place for freshers, you get to learn a lot. You will do client handling and seniors are also very helpful. It is a good place to develop skills.

... hours, they will ask you to come at 9AM and then complete 11hours at workplace. Salary is also very less, they think if you are fresher then you don't need much salary. There is no concept of promotion as there is no hierarchy, even if you will work for 4-5 years, you will remain in the same position. There is no job security, they can ask you to leave anytime There is no work satisfaction as you will be felt incompatible even after working 10-12 hours

If you want to explore & learn or you are in initial stage of consulting carrer then Acxiom is best organisation.

Sallery disbursement is very unethical, there is no fix date for the same may be it would be late by the 15 days or more on every month.

If you want to make your career in ERP then definately it's a good firm in terms of knowledge and exposure , but the company work culture is worst, no weekends

Nothing. I don’t recommend this organisation, they will not let you work peacefully and will give bad feedback if you leave.

Everything. It is just chaos like a vegetable market. A gang of unethical people supporting only unethical people.

Here every day works is nearly 16 hours. so that mind is always feel boring. basic rule of company is pay rupee for 8 hours and take works from employee 16 hours per day. I never see such company which are forced to work every day 16 hours.
