...itation up to a particular position. Very wrong place to start your career with. Better to be at lesser package but in a good firm. Or luck to be in a better place with a better package. Think more than twice before joining this firm.

Everything based on my experience. Always say no biases, but there are always biases. Highly mismanaged work, the work is good but all goes into vain with mismanagement at peak. Efforts are ignored, mistakes are projected at large just to save themselves and hide their own mistakes. I have a lot more to tell, along with the biases and the names. But just wanted the feedback to be kept professional only

Zero accountability is taken by principals and associate partners, associates and analysts are blamed for everything. Team leads don't know how to set expectations and scope of work with clients. This leads to creating false sense of urgency and unnecessary workload on associates and analysts. Working on weekends, running late night calls till 1 am is very common and there is no gratitude for hard work. Management does not understand the concept of work life balance. Their policies are vaguely and loosely defined. Hence the management and HR uses this to exploit associates and analysts to deny them of good appraisal and will give any random logic to decrease the annual bonus of analysts and associates. Horrible working environment, people who come to office don't even talk or hangout with others Horrible work life, pathetic work culture, horrible policies lead to a very high attrition rate.
