Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

Very Poor work culture with inadequate wages. Senior behavior is not sometime goods. More than 60% travel with poor travel allownance. Most Importantly this company pirated information & staff from another similar farm named IAQM. - Poulami Mondal.

Only a few seniors were good to work with.

Dislikes

They themselves are sometimes confused with the work to do and in turn blames the trainees for their own mistakes. Unable to make us understand key concepts. Poor wages/stipends and delayed extremely. More work hours (even on Saturday's full time) TA not fully given. Always traveling, it's okay until they sudden notices come every other day to travel in that moment to cleint's place. So much of this happens because they are simultaneously working with more clients and having very less workers. Nothing to learn from here for a better future.
