This is worst company in the my life. There hr team is not supported for any problem. My client is HDFC securities. They torcher and mis-behaviour. I am complete my notice period but they don't give me experience letter. Extended my notice period after my last working day. Please don't join this company

Salary date and amount not fixed. Salary credit by lucky draw. Some people get on 5 and some get after esclation. No increment. Not providing form-16 you need to manage your self for IT return.

There are so much bad things happen with me. Company never credit salary on time. Company don't know what they want to develop. Every day they told different things for develop. Even off day we have to go company for work

Toxic Environment, zero ethics Management is very bad. They didn't provide salary on time. Humiliate there employees in front of everyone. CO is very very Unethical and unprofessional. Make trips to brain wash there employees and take bad feedbacks for there employees.

Acute is only giving chance to fresher only which they have reasons(salary).

Server creation, DB Creation, Taking backup, and query writing as DBA level. 2] Salary is low even your monthly expense is not carried out. 3] Increment is low (not standard, depends on person to person) which by 2K. 4] For Roming profile same salary with allowances. which you have to fight sometime. 5] company is good for fresher for candidate which new to corporate world. 6] Sometimes employee have to work till midnight that is not shift oriented.
