Working here can be bit fatigue because every day there is new challenge to work on.The director of this company is very Energetic,Talented and a challenging person so it can be stressful to match upto his expectations.

I would like to provide feedback on my previous organization. The company had challenging performance targets that were difficult to meet. Additionally, the company culture was characterized by excessive micro-management. There was a lack of sufficient training and tools provided for optimal work performance. These factors collectively impacted my experience during my time with the organization.
