The management support of the company is very good. Extra activities and benefits are good. Once in year trip and day outing, dinner from the company.

Dislikes

some employees are given more partiality. Management does not pay attention to it and other employees are discriminated against. Due to which the work clutch deteriorates, then the employee leaves.

Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
