The company provides bus for transportation and it's a good place to learn for starters.

...thin 3 months without notice but later when you actually resign within 3 months. They ask you to pay 18,000-25,000 rupees. Please be aware of all the documents you sign, read them carefully. They just slide in one document saying you agree to pay the amount which is very unethical thing to do. I hope the company realises that or else will sure will get sued for this someday. Ps. At the day of interview, they take up your entire day, the whole process of interviewing is extremely slow. The staff comes in 1-2 hours late themselves but would call you on 8 am sharp. 2. Do not make the mistake of undermining how far the company is located. This job consumes 14 hours of your day but only get paid for 8 hours. There is no room for other personal activities if you join this company.

No job security,no any career growth,salary is lowest level,no good appraisal,partiality & politics is so much done,rules & regulations not be followed by head of department,politics is so much,work life balance is not good. work load is so much. no overtym,no C.off everytym mentally torchering without any reason employee's surprisingly resign & relieve. job security is not fix.

Best part of company is that It has a very good and reliable product all the client are satisfied with it.

Dislikes

Compensation is not decent as well as growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Managers do not value an individuals’ unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times. I do receive appreciation emails from my client, but they mostly go unnoticed. Also, there is no on-job training for freshers, hence senior folks like me have to guide them step-by-step, which is a pain sometimes.
