Work life balance goes on toss especially when you are in their business research team at phase 4 office. Management people doesn't know how to talk even. They will expect you to work out of working hours. There is high probability that a 6:30am -3:30pm shift stretches back to 8 or 9pm at night.

Salary and benefits are very average in comparison to the amount of work and therefore leading to high employee turnover.
