Pay scale for entry level positions are very less. Work is not very rewarding or challenging inturn impacting learning and skill development

• Everything • Work -life balance • Work environment • Politics • No innovation • No cafeteria • No flexibility • No Skill development • 9.5 hours of minimum output • You have to give output for your team lead (that means everyday output of 12-14 hours • Long working hours • Pathetic Managers (They work only for company not for their employees • Rotational shift (But you'll be in night shift most of the time)

Company is ok to work with. However there infrastructure is not good. Promotion policy is not good. Salaries are less. Work environment is ok, mostly depends upon how your manager behaves. Lastly, They have very limited parking slots.

Dislikes

Promotion policy, no learnings, they use employee and harass them for promotion. Salary hike is like you are asking too much.
