Salary is low. Here, they don't match the salary as per the designation of employees. If you're promoted to Associate from Analyst then hike will be applicable on the last drawn CTC. Even if the initial level Associate salary is more as per the company's policy but they don't provide the same to the employee who has been promoted.

Strong relation with manager and teammates, employee oriented, regular fun or team activities, weekly meetings, on job trainings are provided to new joinee. Teammates are aware about everyone's work and always stood up to help whenever needed.

According to work load, the salary and hike are less compared with the other companies.
