Company is ok to work with. However there infrastructure is not good. Promotion policy is not good. Salaries are less. Work environment is ok, mostly depends upon how your manager behaves. Lastly, They have very limited parking slots.

Dislikes

Promotion policy, no learnings, they use employee and harass them for promotion. Salary hike is like you are asking too much.

.... 4. Poor management 5. Manager won't treat you as human being. Mental trauma 6. Pay is so poor that you can't manage staying in metro cities. 7. Two days work form office but you don't know which two days. Depends on managers mood or emergency or If a team member is married then he will decide according to his spouse 8. Join for experience not more than a year.

The salary is great and the company tries to keep the morale up

It’s very hierarchical, the manager doesn’t talk directly to the analyst it goes thru three people for a very simple question. While your work will be appreciated thru hike but the politics makes it hard.

They don’t lay off easily and since the company is growing well, job seems secure

Dislikes

They don’t treat you like humans but like resources. Compensation disparity. Most if the top people are here since copal days and have no experience in other companies which makes them really bad managers.

Compensation is good +bonus, Work culture at the corporate level is nice, they arrange a lot of events even online as we are working from home and it's nice.

If you get the wrong team you are doomed, your feedback is not really taken into consideration,
