I really like the passion of the employees working here and the overall Team spirit. It's a great place for learning in a very professional environment. I also like the Company's growth over the last few years. Once you spend a couple of years or more here, you do get a lot of flexibility

...ies/ offsite. The company has a notice period of 3 months for most of the roles. The pay is not so competitive and certainly requires industry benchmarking

Two days work form office but you don't know which two days. Depends on managers mood or emergency or If a team member is married then he will decide according to his spouse 8. Join for experience not more than a year.
