...nagement, HR Team is puppet to the senior management no stance of themselves. Low Pay. Work Pressure. Politics, Favouritism. Work Culture is really bad, Managers shout here & make fun of their sub-ordinates.

As it is a smaller team, great opportunity to learn and grow skills. On time salary.

Dislikes

Top heavy organization which affects the profitability of the company and the general employees get average salary and hike. Favoritism, people closer to top management are preferred for promotion and appraisals. Average work environment. There is no cafeteria in office as management believes the employees will indulge in unnecessary conversations and waste their time.

Likes

Nothing great as the company looks only with their own benefits & requirements. When the requirement of the company is over they will ask the employee to leave the company.

Dislikes

The management of the company is very poor. Ull find no one is helpful in the company. The worst thing of any organisation is that the employees will never know the facts unless spends intial 6 months in the company.

Likes

The organisation does not have hire and fire policy which most of the sales professionals have to face in other organisations. The target given to the Business development personnel is realistic and achievable based on the target of the organisation, unlike other companies wherein target for BD person is 2x of the original target. It has inhouse Lead Management System which works efficiently and easy to use for a BD personnel.

Dislikes

Since its a service industry + regulated industry, it is difficult to sell a regulated product & services. It has its own challenges but at the same time you get to learn more about selling in a niche industry.

Likes

- Good place to start with for freshers, over a period of time you gain immense knowledge about sectors. - Builds the confidence to talk with bankers and relevant people in the industry.

Dislikes

- The roles can be more structured. - Below industry pay
