Nothing is there to like about this company. Since the management changed after the CTO Raghu Venkat stepped down, they have ruined the company culture

Dislikes

- Extremely long working hours, frequent wok on weekends without any benefit like compensatory off or overtime pay - Strict work from office, come to office at 9 and leave at 7:30, as the managers stay there and you will be judged if you leave on time - They have stopped most of the employee benefits, also laid off at least 30 people just because they hired without any planning

I have been working here for a year and a half, and based on my experience, I find both the work and the work culture to be quite positive. The development team in particular, is exceptionally diverse and consists of highly talented individuals. The work is challenging but I never had to be concerened about maintaining a healthy work-life balance.

Dislikes

Because of funding winter, we could not raise a lot of funds in time, even though the management kept saying that they had a lot of offers. Which lead to layoffs and bonuses being cancelled. Also a lot of higher management were higher, unlike a startup, who contributed negatively towards the growth of company.

After joining in this Company they start layoff without any notice where they advertising with our Best cricketer Sunil Gavaskar and Saurav Ganguly..Dont know why they start hiring if wants to lay off after 15 days

After the change in management, the company shifted its focus towards monetizing the services rather than prioritizing customer satisfaction. Unfortunately, with the primary goal being profit, there were challenges in scaling the product effectively, and many customers struggled to achieve their intended outcomes.

Really great people to work with,their experiences ,their teachings,their disciplines helped me a lot in my career after the completion of internship

Dislikes

No specific reason to dislike the company , since it is a startup you have to work in a pressurised environment.
