I worked at Actuant for 5 Years from 2013 to 2017 & overall Experience was Awesome. with {Positive/Negative/Mixed}. Positive: One of the things I appreciated most was the collaborative Work Environment. The Team of Hydratight and other departments were filled with talented individuals who were also willing to lend a hand to me. i Developed the opportunities for professional development to be beneficial with various training programs and resources available to help the employees grow. The company's focus on innovation allowed me to work on exciting projects that had a real impact on our clients. Still Looking forward to Working with Actuant if I get a chance to rework I would be happy to Rejoin again In India or Abroad.

Dislikes

There were 2 Major Significant Concerns that I believe impact our workplace culture. The Judgment based on Clothing & the Prevalence of Backbiting. {Sadashiv Nagar - India Brach}. it's disheartening to see how often individuals are judged by their attire then skills & contribution. Clothing should not define a person "s professionalism or capability. Many talented & dedicated employees may have diverse styles that reflect their personalities & Background "NOT BY DRESSING". This Dislike was Unewarranted Criticism that I faced and highlighted to the HR Team But No use. Additionally I Ve observed a concerning trend of Backbiting within the Company. This behavior Not only Undermines trust among the team members but also creates a toxic atmosphere that can diminish productivity & collaboration " Constructive feedback should be encouraged But it should not be Gossip which hurts Others badly. Open & Respectful conversation can lead a better understanding & Strong relationships among Colleagues.....
