The only good that came out of my one month in AHC is I got exposure to a new industry that deals in a very small niche!

Zero Training, Not a Single day of discussion to help a new joiner understand anything about the system, the industry etc. You are expected to fully learn and function on your own and get up to full speed and efficiency within a week of Joining just by looking at the website and no other resources are provided to help you. The boss lady and the ops manager both are very bitter people and do not wanna see someone progress or put in the effort to make it on their own. The office is in a small basement of a private home, all you get is a chair, table and wifi to function. No breaks allowed at all except 30 minutes for your lunch (barely) If you wanna stretch your legs well, forget it - you are immediately targeted and tagged on your way out. You might be asked to do something at first and once she realised that it's not making any sense and is just plain dumb except to be shouted at! All in all very toxic and bitter place to be at, zero perks and full of uncertainty! I'd abstain from joining at any cost, but if you do max in a fortnight you'll be certain you've made a mistake!

There's a lot to learn in a short span of time plus you'll be on your toes all the time (not a stagnant environment). Good place for casual interns looking for short term opportunities. Not recommended for people looking out to make a career, especially people having commitments in life ( a big NO).

The owner/boss has severe mood swings and has no sense of timings, forget your family and friends if you want to work here. There is no consistency in plans neither is there any clarity of what you're expected to do. You might get shouted at because you did something the boss asked you to do but eventually she forgot about it and thought it was your stupid idea. Salary was satisfactory but in terms of timings- you need to be at the office 5 minutes early else you have chances of being sacked but when it came down to wrapping up work at 6.30 pm, you're expected to stay and slog. If you're asked to leave the work which happens very casually, then forget about severance pay, you'll never get it. All in all, not a very healthy environment to work in. I was asked to leave the job because I had wasted enough days catering to a medical emergency in my family.
