Now, I’ve been shortlisted for the Product Designer role and have learned from some sources that their maximum budget is 14 LPA. How should I approach the negotiation? Job Security is totally depend upon my work, every one shoudl give their 100% as i done. Work culture was also good as we know that TATA is international company. Their managements was quite good. Policies they hire is very slow to the growth of company. Afterall the work experience was very good i get opportunity to learn many things related to my specialisation n beyon that too.
