Too much work so no work-life balance, no proper management, internal politics by seniors, so no increments for those who deserve it. Always discouraging the colleagues is habit of some people in this organization. Good if you want to begin your career. But be ready to work at least 12hrs a day. And also sometimes on weekend and expect no compensation for it. Biggest company in AV but they doesn't care about their employees. They just need work to be done.

The company preffer most of Direct company Contract base that is the question of job security related, work culture is awesome, high level management is used in projects, the policies of company is beneficial to both employee or employer..
