Salary Negotiation in an interview

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

Too much work so no work-life balance, no proper management, internal politics by seniors, so no increments for those who deserve it. Always discouraging the colleagues is habit of some people in this organization. Good if you want to begin your career. But be ready to work at least 12hrs a day. And also sometimes on weekend and expect no compensation for it. Biggest company in AV but they doesn't care about their employees. They just need work to be done.
