Likes

AAA is not even working with the deprived classes but they are empathetic towards them. The National team and Regional teams are good and do not harass their team members at all. Policies of the company are in favour of employees. AAA values liberal values and show trust in their team members.

Dislikes

Although the Team is wonderful and very kind and supportive but sometimes they too make mistakes and choose the incapable person on a regional level. Check and balances are there but sometimes the junior team has to suffer. An improvement in professionalism is needed.

ActionAid is an international non government organization whose stated primary aim is work to poverty and injustice worldwide. ActionAid's current strategy aims to "build international momentum for social, economic and environmental justice, driven by people living in poverty and exclusion" The ActionAid Association taught me a lot in a short time. I found the following aspects of the Action Aid Organization very good. 1) Staff policy is very good. 2) Working Structure 3) Trying to increase the capacity employees from time to time 4) Freedom of work 5) Working on community rights 6) Reporting method, etc.

Likes

Provides an ample space for learning and development. Team depends on the region one chooses to work. However as a national level organisation it is really engaging and happening. Lot of innovative platform of are provided if one is ready to put efforts.

Dislikes

The management and hierarchy is very complicated. Seems like democratic style of work is confused at times and this results in continuance of wrong people at wrong positions finally resulting adversely on the performance of the regional offices.

They are supporting only senior ppl... And it's not a safe place for girls.... Please don't joint in Chennai Branch as a face to face fundraiser... Because the senior team leader Arun character is too bad...
