If you want to ruin your mental peace this is right place for you. If some one in your relation is working then you'll get a good salary package otherwise they offer you as minimum as on your last CTC. Talk about HR Department they are nothing just a bunch of fools who always ready to eat your credit. Don't expect anything from them. In interview they tell you that sometimes you have to stay a little bit longer then usually office timing which is fine but after some weeks they will force you stay longer every day. I suggest if someone who is not Financially stable or looking urgently for the job can join this company otherwise stay away from this company.

Salary is very poor enginner salary is less than fitter 12k p.m. and sr manager have no knowledge and get good package only telu buttering people get promotion and good salary thats salary

And there are all the employees who are working on the same post for many years and have to handle the whole department, but at the time when he joined, he is still working on the same post for 10 years. This is the biggest misfortune and no promotion has been done in his salary also due to which I find it useless.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.
