Salary hike low , they will expect more from us compare to salary but it will be improve us .

Very bad work environment. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. But HR team very worst support. Manpower more issues.

There is a lot of politics and management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. Work load is heavy doesn't given wright time on manpower.

First of all salary is low.the work pressure is high and daily I have to work 12 hrs in a day and sometimes 14-15 hrs worked basically I am a mould setter in this company. so 14-15 hrs working in a day back pain coming sometimes

The company is starting low position to high position, and all of my knowledge improved. Then otherwise man power handling & paint shop yield improved activities man power cost wise reduced. Quality & productivity improvement. Trail & new project improved activities.

...hen u realised u not move it, trapped. Unhealthy food like insert and others. Month wise deduct your salary with some conditions. No work time followed. I'm told just 50% only.
