Too much pressure for doing sales while we are on field. We were doing work in 40 degree hit of ahmedabad but sales pressure remain on our head so it is so irrited to work like this. For only sales we were on zoomcall for 1 hour daily

...et through vendor through is nothing that too with my vendor is biggest issue Main thing is they won't credit the salary in time and bringing that worst in the worst rules... Thank you

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees. Share a bit more about your job!

...lem u can direct call ur HR and tell to him he will find better solution to it..for freshers the salary package is gud comparing to other networking company,they provide training till u r fit in your department,i worked past 7 month in ACT as a network engineer yes I love my workplace❤

...t time pass and i went to this company and crack the interview of act fiber net. Hr intimated me after documentation we discuss salary she intimated that they will provide 12k by hand I have 2years experience with CSA role. I negotiated with hr then she offered me 20k by hand and i accept the offer but again she called and said sorry management is not agree with package and they will provide you 17k by hand and that to i accept it. I didn't get any offer letter the joining date has arrived I called her and she said sorry hr department is not ok with your package we will offer only 14k by hand which is my previous company CTC in vizag. Worst experience that I have faced in Hyderabad with this company
