...they are seeing only how old employees in organisation and hike there salaries..if someone rejoin employees not making salary as per her experience..but at the time of work they says your are a senior person..they should see of work and productivity..then digital give rating ..not through the TL and above management...

90 days notice period or need to pay 3 months of salary to company I case of releaving from there No leaves No support from tl or hr manager Stress full job They give physical and mental pressure Poor network infrastructure
