Many learning are here but there will be no growth. If we want to grow with company, it's not possible here, also we can not find long term growth and stability in our job, in short job security is worst, also they will judge you on your actions even if it is personal. If we spent more than 2 year here then we will not get financial growth as well. About management, it is not up to the mark

CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC.
