Salary on time.

Dislikes

Company does not follow it's own policies. Talks about providing shift allowance then declines shift allowance. Has a payroll and hr team which does not respond to any basic queries. Gives 1% salary hikes to best employees.

Promotion Criteria, Less Salary Package but yes they do have good incentive structure. Targets are very high and managers are all home grown and I don't feel if they respect your past experiences. You will feel secured at this job but trust me they never trust any employees and that's the worst part. Beginning from entry to exit they will doubt you in every step.

I appreciate Ascendion Engineering's commitment to fostering innovation and collaboration. The company creates an environment that encourages continuous learning, which allows me to grow both professionally and personally. The leadership team is highly supportive, and there's a strong emphasis on team-oriented projects, which makes working here feel both rewarding and fulfilling. Additionally, the company's focus on cutting-edge technologies and its dedication to solving complex engineering challenges aligns perfectly with my passion for engineering and problem-solving.

Overall, my experience at Ascendion Engineering has been positive, but if I had to mention one area for improvement, it would be the pace of internal communication. Sometimes, the decision-making process can take longer than expected, which can occasionally affect the speed at which projects move forward. However, I understand that this is often due to the company's commitment to thoroughness and ensuring the best solutions. I'm confident that, over time, the communication processes will continue to evolve as the company grows.
