Earlier it was fun working here, but from last 1 year, it has become toxic since HR department changed and command in senior's hand.

Dislikes

Only bootlickers can grow here, your manager/hod can anyday ask you to resign without giving any satisfactory justification. HR department is just a puppet of seniors.
