After merging to ACSI, management changes and the company policy changes and it got worse for the employee. No more hearing from the employee about there situation. Compulsory work from office for 3 days in a week.

I joined the company it was great place to work ,but over the time, the environment has changed drastically, and its hard to make sense of what is happening anymore. The HR is UNHELPFUL he speaks a lot and often feels like he's dodging issues or passing them to others much like govt employee. He spends whole day roaming around he trying to make it look like he is working hard. But nothing is done .Even Basic tasks remained unfinished for weeks, and I' ve been waiting for my reimbursement for months now. The top management does seems to be completely unaware or indifferent to issue at hand.
