I don't like anything about the company(work culture, environment, premises).only thing that I like is trainers they gave the best as they can.

Dislikes

They cheated us by showing employment in kakinada.I worked there for 5 months. 2 months as a trainee and 3 months as an accessibility associate, they don't even pay a single rupee(they simply our salaries)that's the whole team of kakinada left their jobs including me and 12 others.

This company is not paying salary properly for all the employees since one year... Worst company in Mangalagiri, Amaravathi. Heavy work and work timings are worst.

Work pressure is very high. I am not found atleast one good point in company . Salaries also not credited on time.

Salary not credited on time every time salary delayed minimum 3 months but salary is credited if any cost that's the only good

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Mainly work in acrux is day shifts.So amount of burden on employees is less.

Dislikes

Salary is very less. They will give huge targets to complete.They don't provide any transport facility. There is work politics. They didn't even provided pension.
