...anization... The work culture , management, staffs are terribly disorganized .. They fire out an employees without giving any notice and even don't bother to pay the salary for the employee had worked and later on put there number in reject list... No employment growth, no professional environment, poor coordination between the team.. What I experienced was just poor on every ground

Only the teammates are good because of whom you can think of surviving in the company but at some point of time when you are so much mentally stressed these things also do not matter.
