...agement is transparent. There is ahuge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appaisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year

The upper management is involved in office politics, which creates a negative work environment. Employee efforts mostly ignored, and instead of appreciating hard work, the focus is mostly on pointing out mistakes. Work is usually given at the last minute, and if something goes wrong, employees are blamed for not catching it earlier. Senior manager Abhishek Jain and consultant Saurabh Sharma focus on maintaining the company’s reputation. Bishwajeet Sinha does not listen to employees or consider their suggestions. He makes decisions on monthly tasks himself and imposes them on the team without their input. The salaries are lower than industry standards, making it less attractive for employees. There are no regular training programs for employee growth unless a project specifically requires it. The focus is mostly on unnecessary documentation.

Dislikes

Everything is the worst in this company, from manager to team leads to everything else. They don't appreciate their hardworking employees. The manager doesn't know how to handle the team, and the team leads also lack the skills to communicate and manage effectively. Their consultant, Saurabh Sharma, is a fool who constantly insists on documenting every little things and only focuses on maintaining the company's image, which is far from reality. There is excessive favoritism in the company yet they refuse to accept it because there ego gets in the way. Manager Abhishek Jain is a deceptive person --he speaks very sweetly to your face, but you won't even realize when he's playing politics against you. Another manager, Rishi, is another fool in the company. He unnecessarily complicates simple things and inject irrelevant logic into everything whether it concerns him or not in the project. (At last just wanna say if u do bad with any employee or treat him bad it will return in some or other way for sure)

Nothing, They don't provide any cab and variable but they will ask to work in 24 shift. Same Blood in higher Management.

Dislikes

They ask to come every Saturday Or sunday and work while at the joining time they will tell you saturday and sunday is a holiday, If you work they will not pay for that day even you can't ask for leave on behalf of that day, Appraisal like a joke. Acro management believes in costs cutting like turn of light and AC. Please think twice or thrice before joining.

In a nutshell its not a company but a circus, being managed by ignorant damagers (not managers)

Dislikes

Backless Management, work conditions change once you are on board, the so called mangers think being onsite they have grown special horns, no proper hand holding, high expectation on deliveries which are not planned well at all.
