Being an employee of Acro Paints i would like to share you that it is a place for self starter. No technical training nothing will be provided. Being a Mechanical engineer you have to apply your mind to solve complex machine related problem. Excellent work culture. Senior management is suppportive if you have calliber to prove your worth.

Work Life Balance. Low Pay Package for entry level freshers. No technical trainings.

There is a lot of politics. Market image is nul. Dilers not setisfied with his service and margine. MD behavior is like lala ji कि dukan. Job security is nul. Work life balance is nothing.

Good work environment and culture Teammates area supportive and the management is transparent there is a huge company policies are good appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year
