... good nature of CEO,MD's and all other staff. 1.work environment is very good 2.salary is never delayed 3.Boss talks to us harmony and politely. 4.Never deducted any salary 5.HR understands personal problems 6.No politics like other offices.

...pany...owner gives abuse to employee...people leave the company with in weeks...salaries are not paid on time...it is pure baniya company

... working environment . Owners are very rude they even abuse to the employees . Salary deduction ..they pay through check on 15 th or after that mostly . When your whole month cycle get disturbed. If you take leave more than 1 day they presume that you are planning to leave the company . Hr is worst . No training that will treat you like you are working there for 5 months . You often get scolding by the owner which did not do ..blame game if things are not done due the lack of their training or their side . They never admit there mistake . They harass employees please don't go

Abusing all the time by the manager in factory. Make us come on sunday for work also, Assembly line i work and Manager Sir shouting everytime. Say bad words to everyone all the time. Not nice manager.
